The Lucía Revival Trestle Table

A sculptural Revival trestle table, defined by its sweeping scroll-carved legs and time-worn, darkened finish. It carries that old-world presence that settles gently into a room — dramatic in form, yet softened by decades of use and a warm, lived-in patina. The silhouette is beautifully balanced: a thick wooden top above an ornate carved base, connected by a wavy stretcher that lends a romantic, almost architectural feel.

Underneath, the initials GBL have been carved into the wood, a small remnant of its history and an invitation for its next owner to continue the story in their own way.

Perfect as a dining table, kitchen table, or grand writing desk, it brings sculptural character and a quiet sense of nostalgia to any space.  c. 1930s–1950s

Please note: The table shows wear consistent with age, including a time-worn top with areas of discoloration and softened finish (pictured). The base is built in a traditional slot-in style and is not currently screwed together. There are existing holes should the buyer wish to add simple hardware for extra reinforcement or to secure the top more firmly. All considerations are reflected in the reduced price.
