We ship through Canada Post and UPS, using the most reliable and cost-effective options available. For international shipments, Canada Post will transfer the package to your national postal service upon arrival in your country.
Because shipping rates can vary widely depending on the size, weight, and destination of the item, we ask that you contact us before making a purchase. We’re happy to provide you with a customized shipping quote.
We do not offer shipping for large or oversized items outside of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). For customers in the GTA, we’ll coordinate a convenient delivery option.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as border delays or holiday schedules. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates.
It’s important to note that any customs duties, taxes, or processing fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Responsibility for Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Homebyseven cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered but reported stolen, or for orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, we’ll do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the matter.
